Working to help rewrite the futures of our unsheltered neighbors’ lives, UGM provides for basic needs, yet moves beyond immediate relief by teaching guests self-sufficiency, self-worth, and skills for independent living through our advanced services.

Hospitality Associate

Assist the Guest Services Manager in the operation of the Hospitality Center and assist with other services as needed. Provide information and encourage guests to consider the New Life Fellowship program as appropriate.
Supportive Services Case Worker

Full time.
Provide for the Guests of Union Gospel Mission of Salem by preparing for, attaining, and retaining employment, permanent supportive housing, and other social needs as a liaison utilizing state, city, and other government and private human service agencies.
Guest Services Assistant
UGM - Simonka Place
AM or PM shift. Full time or Part Time.
Providing compassionate ministry to women and children in crisis, helping them feel welcome, and cared for while meeting their practical needs.
